Palestinian groups launch legal bid to shed light on Australian arms export permits to Israel

Three Palestinian human rights groups took the Australian defense minister to court.

Their goal is to seize military permit documents to check Israeli permits.

The groups submitted an affidavit to the federal court this week.

They want to prove the licenses do not follow international law.

The groups are named: Palestinian Center for Human Rights, Al-Haq, and Al Mezan Center for Human Rights.
