3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Free Plan provides weekly language drops at no cost. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free Plan at any time.

4.2 Pro Plan

The Pro Plan costs $9.99/month and includes:

• Daily language drops
• Advanced vocabulary features with audio
• Premium curated content
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Unlimited vocabulary bank

4.3 Free Trial

New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial without charge.

4.4 Billing

• Pro subscriptions renew automatically each month
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused subscription time
• Free trial cancellations result in immediate loss of Pro features

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Share, resell, or redistribute Service content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or access source code
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINGUADROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linguadrop from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
